And So It Starts...

Today, my adventure begins! I'm waiting to get on the plane for Barcelona. I'm excited for tomorrow, to see my sister and nephew and then to have sangria! (I am that simple.) Next week, my brother-in-law will join us and we can start the family fun.

I know that in leaving, I will be miss my parents, friends, and my other family. (There is a tie between who I will miss more, Jody or Will. But that toddler gives good hugs. Sorry Jody.) As well as a few American comforts...all of my clothes. My bags were 61 and 48 pounds. But I'm excited and I haven't been this excited in awhile.

I have the freedom in the next two plus months to try anything, so if you have any suggestions, please send them my way.

I am very excited to start this blog and track my adventures/misadventures for the next couple of months. I decided to quit my job after several long conversations with friends and family but most importantly, my sister. She, Ani, and Aaron will be moving to Spain in the next couple of weeks and I will be joining them!
Jumping into this adventure has not come lightly and became more of a necessity, for my own sanity. The journey begins November 24, stay tuned...
